Draft (next)

/next is for proposed changes while /v1/nellalink stays the published contract.

Use this tree when:

• A route moves from Core Backend to Middleware Backend
• A new screen (analytics, AI) gets a winner URL
• ENV samples add a variable that activates a flow

Do not silently rewrite v1 winners. Process: prompts/iterate-docs.md.
