How to build: order history

implemented /:base/orders/:slug. Bottom nav Orders.

No Core or Middleware list call. faruq keeps up to 10 orders per menuSlug in nellalink-confirmed-orders (localStorage). Clearing the browser clears history.

Do not document GET .../guest/order/... as the winner for this screen until the SPA calls it.
